
Amount based credit controls
Today credit control has become one of the biggest issues with distributors. Keeping a tight control on credit can only ensure long term business success. Our amount based controls, lets you set credit limits to each customer, and if the outstanding of the customer, plus their orders in process exceeds the credit limit then all new orders come in for approvals with the authorized admin user.
Credit period based controls
Each customer can be given a credit period and this period can be based on item category as well if required. Hence limits can be set for fabric orders and catalogue orders separately. Once the credit period is exceeded the orders from the customer will get held back for approvals.


Pre-paid customers and checks
A comprehensive pre paid customer management is available in the system. Pre Paid customer orders are processed only upon receiving of payments from them. It is the easiest way to manage customers whose credit worthiness has not yet been established. Prepaid customer management helps you conduct business with confidence with new parties.
Check for credit with orders in process
A big issue with roll orders, is that orders take a long time in fulfillment and since there are multiple orders, credit checks are sometimes lax. However the credit limits our application validates are in sync with the orders under processing. Hence if a customer does have a lot of orders under processing, then the value of such orders is considered for credit checks.
